Job Summary:

  • Act as the first line of defence for internal technology operations in a remote-first, SaaS-driven environment.
  • Own day-to-day helpdesk, hardware asset tracking, and automated user lifecycle workflows.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to SSO architecture, MDM, cloud security, and SOC 2 compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor internal IT support channels to triage and resolve hardware, software, and access issues.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle tasks including provisioning and deprovisioning SaaS accounts and hardware.
  • Conduct routine audits for licensing, software access, and hardware inventory to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of professional IT helpdesk or system coordination experience, ideally in a remote SaaS environment.
  • Solid fundamentals in macOS and Windows troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, and Slack is a plus.
