Junior IT & Compliance Engineer

Your Role:

• Serve as primary contact for day-to-day IT requests with clear, friendly communication and timely follow-through.
• Install, configure, and support employee hardware, software, and accounts across macOS and Windows; resolve issues remotely.
• Assist with evidence collection and control testing for SOC 2, GDPR, and PCI-related obligations.
