IT Operations Specialist

About the Role:

• Own the full lifecycle of equipment and tooling, ensuring people have what they need.
• Be the person behind systems, vendor relationships, and policies that keep IT operations running.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Own hardware end to end, from leased laptops to accessories and buffer stock.
• Keep the warehouse running by managing device fleet through MDM and maintaining spares.
• Be the first responder for Wi-Fi, dead mics, locked accounts, and MFA resets.
• Make onboarding effortless and offboarding airtight.
• Own tools and licenses, flagging renewals before auto-charge.
• Write the playbook for equipment and offboarding policies.
