As a Senior Technology Specialist II, enable everyone at Wrapbook to do their jobs more efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of internal IT systems including support, endpoint management, directory services, cloud-based tooling, and device lifecycle management. You’ll also own administration and optimization of SaaS ecosystems, including user provisioning, license management, access control, vendor relations, and integration workflows.

The KIPP Foundation is seeking a Senior Director of IT Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of technology, infrastructure, and end-user support services across the KIPP Foundation, overseeing core IT operations and ensuring that systems remain resilient, secure, and aligned with organizational needs.

This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of our global IT infrastructure, while also driving operational excellence in daily IT support and systems administration. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to managing device endpoints and critical platforms, along with a deep commitment to access control, compliance, and user satisfaction.

This is a full-time position responsible for leading and overseeing the LOB technology and systems analysis functions while ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial center technologies. This role provides strategic direction, manages vendor relationships, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvements for client-facing technologies, collaborating with various departments and financial centers.
