Technology Operations Manager

Your Impact:

• Manage and optimize technology operations for 3 global studios, ensuring efficient systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, infosec, and privacy teams on policies, compliance, and long-term technology strategy.
• Leverage AI and machine learning to build efficient processes and act as an administrator for business systems.

Your Experience:

• 5+ years in systems/tool implementation, tech planning, AI integrations, and vendor management.
• Deep knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Frame.io, Adobe, Maxon, ServiceNow, and Active Directory.
• Strong communication, time management, and project management skills with attention to detail.

Your Availability:

• M-F: 9am-6pm EST.
• This role is remote but limited to U.S.-based employees.
