Director, IT & Business Enablement

About the Role:

• Own the full lifecycle of Censys's internal technology stack, from endpoint provisioning to SaaS tooling and AI integration.
• Balance availability and usability to keep internal tools fast, reliable, and easy to use.

What You'll Do:

• Own company technology needs end-to-end, including new hire equipment, IT onboarding, and productivity tools.
• Hire, mentor, and develop IT team members to support a global workforce.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle, identity systems, and secure AI adoption across the business.

Who You Are:

• You have 10+ years in IT management and 5+ years leading teams.
• You have hands-on experience with modern SaaS stacks and endpoint management.
• You can translate technical decisions into cost and ROI terms for finance and leadership.
