Director, Enterprise IT

Role Overview:

• We are looking for a Director, Enterprise IT to build and lead a new function responsible for our IT estate and core business systems.
• You will own the ERP platform from implementation into steady state and lead an established IT Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT Operations, service desk, endpoint management, and identity/SSO as a single control point.
• Own ERP configuration, integration, change control, and vendor management.
• Build the Enterprise Applications team and define the roadmap for corporate systems.

Must-Haves:

• Senior leadership experience in IT or enterprise applications in a scaling business.
• Hands-on ERP implementation and management, plus strong IT controls and audit experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
