Role Overview:
- You will lead diligence and value creation engagements focused on enterprise systems and IT operations.
- You will work remotely with private equity investors and portfolio company leaders at deal speed.
What You Will Do:
- Lead sell-side and buy-side technology diligence, including evidence review, management interviews, and buyer-readiness assessments.
- Evaluate ERP, warehouse, CRM, and PSA systems and the critical business processes they support, including process fit, integrations, data quality, and lifecycle risk.
- Assess infrastructure, managed services, and IT operating procedures, and develop actionable roadmaps for post-close transformation.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 15 years of experience in enterprise systems, IT operations, or transaction advisory roles.
- Experience leading multiple technology assessments for private-equity, corporate M&A, or portfolio-company clients.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to present concise, evidence-based conclusions to senior non-technical stakeholders.
