About the Role:
- Serve as the first dedicated IT leader for a holding company and its portfolio.
- Partner with a fractional senior IT advisor and managed service provider.
What You'll Do:
- Lead IT workstreams for acquisitions, build Day 1 to 100 integration playbooks, and maintain tool inventories.
- Design joiner/mover/leaver workflows and manage identity platform rollout.
- Oversee service provider performance, vendor contracts, and license consolidation.
What We're Looking For:
- Six to ten years of IT operations experience, including at least three years in IT leadership.
- Experience supporting multiple companies or clients and owning acquisition IT integration.
- Strong identity and access management skills with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or JumpCloud.
Compensation:
- Base salary range $140,000 to $175,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus.
- Remote within the United States.
