Role Overview:
- The IT & Identity Manager owns the IT function and systems, operating as a hands-on leader.
- This remote role reports to the Head of Infosec & GRC and partners with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the IT roadmap, manage identity governance, SaaS administration, and endpoint operations.
- Automate workflows using APIs, scripting, and Okta Workflows.
- Deliver support services, vendor management, and scalable IT processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in IT systems, identity, or SaaS administration.
- Strong Okta, Google Workspace, and Jamf Pro experience.
- Proficiency with Python, shell scripting, or Google Apps Script.
