About the Role:
- You will support and enhance OpenSesame's internal IT environment, handling escalated tickets and system improvements.
- You will take ownership of core tools, automation, and security to enable reliable AI-powered workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user access, permissions, and integrations across SaaS platforms.
- Identify manual workflows for automation and lead their implementation.
- Contribute to security compliance audits and enforce data security practices.
Tech Stack & Tools:
- Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, ZScaler.
- Apple Macbook environment with enterprise password management.
Your Impact:
- You will drive efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and strengthening system reliability.
- You will ensure smooth operations for a growing, remote-first company.
- Within 120 days, you will fully own IS tools and processes autonomously.
