IT Support Engineer

About the Role:

• We are looking for a responsible IT specialist to ensure Wisetack employees are empowered with secure, compliant IT solutions.
• As part of our Engineering Team, you will take ownership and contribute to our startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own management of access to corporate systems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, 1Password) and perform regular access audits.
• Monitor SOC2 compliance and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Continuously improve technology choices including procurement, vendor planning, and stakeholder coordination.

Technologies and Skills:

• Core: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, 1Password; MDM: Jamf/Kandji, Intune.
• Engineering Infrastructure: Gitlab, Terraform, AWS, Datadog.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (PCI, SOC2, HIPAA) and IT Service Management best practices.
