Responsibilities:
- You manage the Mac fleet and enforce device trust using Jamf and Okta.
- You administer SSO, implement PAM, and ensure device health.
- You architect IAM workflows and drive RPA initiatives for back-office operations.
Security & Compliance:
- You build a Zero Trust model with the Security team.
- You maintain compliance with SOC2, HIPAA, and HITRUST.
- You govern API keys and monitor DLP protocols.
On-Call & Support:
- You act as a Tier 2 support escalation point.
- You participate in an on-call rotation for urgent system-critical issues.
90-Day Plan:
- You flesh out the Device Trust implementation plan.
- You implement or improve at least one automation workflow.
- You evaluate zero-touch provisioning and optimize hardware inventory accuracy.
