Overview:
- We are looking for a part-time Sr. IT Specialist contractor to join our globally distributed IT team.
- This role is focused on keeping our people productive and systems secure in a fully remote, SaaS-first environment.
- It offers exposure to IT operations at a fast-growing SaaS company with a path to full-time conversion.
Some of the things you'll do:
- Own tier 1-2 support across hardware, software, and remote connectivity.
- Execute employee lifecycle workflows and improve through automation.
- Administer IAM, MDM, and support compliance activities.
