IT Operations Manager

Employee IT Operations:

• Own day-to-day IT operations and provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and SaaS applications.
• Manage company-issued Mac and Windows devices through Rippling Device Management, ensuring compliance and security.
• Support international contractors with personally owned devices while balancing security needs.

Identity & Access Management:

• Own employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, creating consistent access provisioning processes.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, MFA, and role-based access across all business systems.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and maintain documentation of access standards.

Security & Vendor Management:

• Serve as internal owner of cybersecurity initiatives, evaluating and managing third-party vendors for endpoint protection, email security, and more.
• Coordinate implementation and ongoing management of security vendors to improve security posture.
• Establish practical security policies and best practices across the organization.

Systems & SaaS Management:

• Maintain an inventory of software, vendors, licenses, and owners to optimize the technology stack.
• Identify overlapping tools and unused licenses, partnering with department leaders to manage costs.
• Negotiate renewals and build repeatable processes for device setup, onboarding, and access management.
