IT Operations Specialist

Endpoint & Device Management:

• Provision, configure, and maintain employee laptops across macOS and Windows.
• Administer endpoint security via Sophos and manage device lifecycle in ManageEngine.
• Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate procurement for remote employees.

IT Help Desk & Support:

• Serve as primary contact for internal IT requests, triaging and resolving tickets.
• Develop ticket workflows and SLAs to maintain high employee satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues.

SaaS Administration & Provisioning:

• Own user provisioning and access management for Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace, and more.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and enforce least-privilege principles.
• Manage license tracking, renewals, and cost optimization for SaaS tools.

Technology Policy & Documentation:

• Enforce internal technology policies and serve as approver for AI tool adoption.
• Create and maintain clear documentation: runbooks, onboarding guides, and process records.
• Collaborate on company-wide infrastructure projects and IT roadmap items.
