OVERVIEW:

  • Provides IT support, device management, and access control across Decimal's remote, cloud-first operations.
  • Primary point of contact for day-to-day technical issues.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provide first- and second-level remote IT support via helpdesk, chat, or video.
  • Manage company devices through MDM including security policy enforcement.
  • Run IT onboarding and offboarding in coordination with HR.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Hands-on IT or systems administration experience in a remote environment.
  • Experience with MDM and administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with role-based access, MFA, and endpoint security tools.
