Your Role:
- We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to support our team members with IT tasks and help ensure organizational security.
- This role reports directly to the IT Support Lead and is fully remote.
Things You Get To Do:
- Be the go-to person for IT helpdesk requests, diagnosing and providing support as required.
- Work with HR and Security to manage onboarding/offboarding, set up devices, and handle asset shipping.
- Manage MDM systems, maintain inventory, secure endpoints, and provide training.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in IT support, deep expertise in Linux, MacOS, and Windows system administration.
- Experience with automation, SSO, scripting, enterprise SaaS, and cloud/cybersecurity environments.
- Strong communication skills, ability to cover Mountain/Pacific time zones, and available for on-call rotations.
