IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide escalated technical support for laptops, SaaS applications, and identity-related issues.
• Handle IT onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, and access management.
• Drive automation and scripting projects from idea to execution.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in systems administration.
