Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair IT systems, including hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
- Provide Tier 1-2 end-user support and escalate issues to third-party providers as needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in IT or related field with 3+ years of experience in a Microsoft-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified or Azure Administrator Associate.
- Experience with SharePoint administration, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint security.
- Familiarity with cloud migration projects and professional services environments.
