IT Operations Engineer

Identity, Access, and SaaS Operations:

• Own day-to-day identity and access management across Okta, Google Workspace, and connected SaaS applications.
• Manage employee and application lifecycle workflows, including provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning.
• Maintain an accurate SaaS inventory and support access governance.

Employee and Endpoint Lifecycle:

• Deliver reliable onboarding and offboarding experiences in partnership with People, Finance, and managers.
• Manage and troubleshoot n8n’s primarily macOS device fleet through endpoint management tooling.
• Support hardware procurement and device lifecycle workflows for a distributed team.

Automation and Continuous Improvement:

• Design and build secure automations for recurring IT processes using n8n, APIs, and scripting.
• Redesign manual workflows to be observable, documented, and reliable at scale.
• Build automations with logging, error handling, monitoring, and human approval steps.

Support, Documentation, and Compliance:

• Provide responsive L1/L2 IT support and identify opportunities for systemic improvement.
• Create and maintain clear runbooks, process documentation, and operational controls.
• Support security and compliance activities including access reviews and audit evidence collection.
