Product Designer — AI-Native Design

Role:

• Design intuitive, high-impact interfaces for surgical and hospital teams, using AI tools to accelerate discovery and prototyping.
• Work across the full product lifecycle from early research to high-fidelity delivery, collaborating with clinicians, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Build functional, testable prototypes with AI-driven tools like Claude and v0, balancing strong usability with technical and clinical realities.

Requirements:

• Solid product design fundamentals with ability to go from rough problems to polished interfaces.
• Fluency in AI-native design and rapid AI-assisted prototyping as a default way of working.
• Practical knowledge of front-end implementation principles and experience mapping human-AI interaction workflows.
