Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Own end-to-end design of a platform evolving from AI copilot to full workflow orchestration.
• Tackle hard, unsolved AI design problems like multi-agent workflows and trust signals.
• Work directly with founders, customers, and engineers to define the product's visual language.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:

• Build upon a product with 70+ NPS, unheard of in legal software.
• Own the intersection of craft and user insight, setting the foundation for product design at a hyper-growth startup.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design AI-native workflows end-to-end: prompt inputs, agent outputs, streaming responses, and trust cues.
• Ship features weekly in close partnership with PMs and engineers.
• Prototype new AI interaction patterns to pressure-test ideas before building.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 2-5 years of product design experience at B2B SaaS or enterprise companies.
• Strong Figma skills and experience working within design systems.
• Comfortable in code with HTML/CSS/JS or React.
