Principal Product Designer

Ownership and Collaboration:

• Own design end to end, partnering with product and engineering to identify problems, explore solutions, and ship work that moves metrics.
• Align using AI to interrogate ideas, surface risks, and build product plans that set direction before design starts.

Complexity to Clarity:

• Translate complex features and financial scenarios into information-rich, easy-to-navigate experiences using data and research.
• Build prototypes with Cursor and Claude Code to validate ideas quickly while keeping interactions intuitive and UI polished.

Raising the Bar:

• Balance simplicity and depth for less technical and power users, making deliberate calls on where to optimize and diverge.
• Contribute patterns, prompts, and crits that elevate Boldin's design craft and maturity across the team.
