About the Role:

Own complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end, partner closely with Product and Engineering
Help shape the design direction of a core Fieldguide product
Comfortable balancing speed with craft, incorporating AI into daily design practice

What You'll Do:

Translate customer needs, research insights, and business goals into clear user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI
Advocate for users while accounting for technical, regulatory, and business constraints
Set a high bar for craft and influence by contributing to the design system and mentoring peers

Who You Are:

Thrive in fast-moving environments and can operate effectively at high velocity without sacrificing judgment or craft
Experience working alongside or designing AI-assisted workflows.
Set a high bar for usability, polish, and consistency in shipped work
