What You'll Be Doing:
- Administers Microsoft Teams Phone, Amazon Connect, CallTower, Retarus, and other enterprise communication platforms.
- Provides advanced Tier II/III support for unified communications and related infrastructure.
- Improves operational efficiency through automation, scripting, and process optimization.
Infrastructure Operations & Technical Support:
- Troubleshoots complex issues across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
- Participates in an after-hours on-call rotation for critical incidents and maintenance.
- Collaborates with Infrastructure, Security, and Clinical Operations to ensure reliable services.
Professional Development & Qualifications:
- Requires Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's preferred.
- Three or more years of experience administering enterprise unified communications or contact center technologies.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or ITIL Foundation.
