Requirements:

5-7 years hands-on experience in contact center administration, configuration, or systems design.
2-3+ years direct experience with Amazon Connect or Zendesk.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, IAM, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway.
