Presales Solution Architect - Amazon Connect

Role and Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert in AWS and Amazon Connect solutions during customer conversations.
• Design innovative solutions based on customer needs and technical requirements.
• Lead technical discovery with customers during the sales cycle and deliver immersive demonstrations.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience designing complex solutions in a Technical Pre-Sales role.
• 3+ years of expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS.
• 7+ years of experience in information technology or application development.
