What you'll do:
- Deploy, manage, and optimise cloud VMs (Azure Virtual Desktop and/or AWS WorkSpaces) for 60+ remote contractors.
- Architect the VM estate as we scale, including platform decisions (AWS vs Azure) and cost optimisation.
- Own the core treatment planning application used by our designer team end to end.
Endpoint management:
- Enrol and manage all company laptops via Microsoft Intune MDM, enforcing encryption, antivirus, and patch compliance.
- Coordinate with our Head of People on physical device logistics.
Helpdesk and IT support:
- Be the primary point of contact for IT support across 40 London staff and 60+ remote contractors.
- Triage, resolve, and document issues; build self-serve resources where possible.
- Own account creation, access provisioning, and tool permissions end-to-end.
