Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across hardware and software
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including laptop setup
Troubleshoot basic network, system, printer, and conferencing issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pluses:

Located near our Midtown Manhattan office
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Zoom
Interest in cybersecurity, blockchain, or Web3
