Leveraging your knowledge of cloud infrastructure, blockchain node operations, and the tokenomics of various blockchain ecosystems, you’ll translate complex client requirements into tailored, scalable solutions that boost integration and operational efficiency.

Design, manage, and continuously improve our global endpoint and SaaS integration ecosystem, overseeing a fleet of  ~1,000 macOS devices and under 100 Windows devices. Ensure the environment is secure, reliable, and automated, bridging the gap between endpoint management, identity, and cloud applications. This role goes beyond traditional MDM administration, engineering integrations and automations between tools.

Support a mix of Self-managed and GitLab.com (SaaS) customers and resolve their issues via Zendesk tickets, merge requests, email and video conferencing. Collaborate with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success and Sales Teams to build new features and fix bugs, define and shape the product goals, roadmap, priorities, and strategy.
