About the Role:
- Keep Kyivstar's Big Data platform and data products running reliably every day.
- Take ownership of the full incident lifecycle, from first alert to permanent fix and prevention.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents and maintain environments across AWS, on-prem servers, and Kubernetes clusters.
- Support development and business analysis teams with platform needs.
- Configure and maintain monitoring systems, with opportunities to grow into DevOps.
Requirements:
- At least 0.5 years of experience as a Support Engineer.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, git, shell scripting, and diagnostic tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with configuration management, scripting languages, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, ELK, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with relational databases and infrastructure-as-code/GitOps principles.
