About RapidFort:

The Role:
- Hands-on individual contributor position supporting production and delivery environments.
- Independently investigate issues, manage deployments, respond to incidents, and improve automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure problems using logs and metrics.
- Execute deployments, trigger builds, and perform remediation with validated recovery.
- Coordinate incident response and clearly communicate findings and escalation.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years in cloud operations, DevOps, or SRE with strong Linux and Kubernetes skills.
- Proficiency in Bash scripting, Git, CI/CD, and at least one major cloud platform.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and troubleshooting network issues.
