This role will focus on mapping and improving business processes through technology, as well as customizing, automating, and optimizing the systems we use. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERPs like Netsuite, P2P systems like Zip, Accounting automation systems like Blackline, and iPaaS tools like Workato., working closely with 3rd party vendors, sales, finance, and legal teams and IT counterparts to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Engage in defining integration requirements and bringing scalable solutions to life by working closely with customers and internal teams. You'll design and implement API-based solutions using modern integration platforms like Workato. The role blends technical acumen with a passion for excellent service, and offers the opportunity to leverage AI tools to improve integration efficiency and standardization across our platform.
