IT Systems Administrator

About the Role:

• We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team, reporting to the Associate Director, IT.
• Your primary focus is to deliver project initiatives involving configuration, maintenance, and deployment of IT systems with an emphasis on automation, scalability, and security.
• This is a hands-on role where you will solve problems, work through to full resolution, and fix underlying issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IT software and services such as JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Confluence/Jira.
• Configure and maintain identity and access for third-party tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, RingCentral, and M365.
• Identify and resolve manual processes through automation tools and APIs, and provide Tier 2 support.
