Role Expectations:
- Own end-to-end operational delivery of AMS benefits programs including carrier and TPA management, employee experience, compliance, and data integrity.
- Serve as the primary operational interface to Benefits COE, Payroll, HRIS, Legal, and People Services.
- Lead the full AMS LOA lifecycle from intake through return-to-work to ensure compliance and employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of benefits and LOA experience, with at least 3 years in people management.
- Deep knowledge of US health and welfare benefits, LOA administration, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of operational improvement and building scalable benefits operations.
