Benefits Operations Manager

About the Role:

• We're looking for a Benefits Operations Manager to serve as the agile engine room for the health, foundational care, and regulatory infrastructure of the People organization.
• Reporting to the Chief of Staff in the CPO's Office, you will lead high-impact initiatives translating strategic vision into disciplined, compliant execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full lifecycle of high-visibility benefits, wellness, and compliance initiatives from concept to multi-state implementation and employee adoption.
• Manage US health benefits, 401k plans, leave programs, and well-being perks, ensuring a customer-obsessed governance approach.
• Navigate geographic compliance, build agile documentation, and enable change through clear communication and feedback loops.

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years of experience leading complex multi-workstream initiatives in US health benefits, 401k, and employment compliance in high-growth remote-first environments.
• Advanced expertise in US health care infrastructure, ERISA rules, and multi-state compliance, with strategic judgment and stakeholder empathy.
• High EQ, discretion, and a focus on outcomes over output.
