What you’ll do:
- Process Optimization & Scale: Identify operational bottlenecks and trends using data and analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and other teams to measure impact on KPIs.
- Team Leadership & Management: Coach a core operations team and foster a winning culture.
What success looks like in this role:
- Maintain key service level agreements and support ticket resolution metrics.
- Successfully complete workflow optimization projects within target timeframes.
- Achieve high internal partner and stakeholder satisfaction scores.
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years of Operations experience in a startup or healthcare setting.
- 2-4 years of people management experience with performance management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making, process design, and AI-forward mindset.
