Responsibilities:

  • Monitor trading platforms to ensure uptime and execution quality.
  • Oversee trade flow, execution, and pricing in real time.
  • Identify and escalate execution issues, slippage anomalies, or pricing gaps.

Liquidity & Pricing:

  • Monitor liquidity feeds and ensure competitive spreads and depth.
  • Liaise with liquidity providers to resolve pricing or execution issues.
  • Assist in optimizing routing and aggregation settings.

Risk & Trade Lifecycle Management:

  • Monitor client positions, exposure, and overall risk in real time.
  • Handle trade adjustments, corrections, and dispute investigations.
  • Ensure accuracy of trade records and reconciliation.

Incident Management & Requirements:

  • Act as first responder for trading-related incidents and coordinate with tech teams.
  • Use Python and SQL for automation, data extraction, and reconciliations.
  • Requires 2+ years in trading operations and strong FX, CFD, or crypto market knowledge.
