Trade Operations Analyst

About the Role:

• Support the expansion of TradFi business into new markets and products.
• Take on daily settlement, reconciliation, and product issues to help the team respond faster and focus on growth.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily settlement and reconciliation for TradFi products.
• Investigate product issues end to end with PMs and engineers.
• Manage listing and delisting of new tickers and stocks/funds.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Clearing, and regional teams on operational matters.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of TradFi experience in brokerage, equities, derivatives, or similar.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or data is highly preferred.
