This role ensures that every operational decision across the organization rests on a solid foundation of accurate, accessible knowledge. As one of the first hires dedicated purely to knowledge systems and process clarity, you’ll play a key role in shaping how teams learn, execute, and scale. You will analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into accurate, easy-to-follow SOPs and internal documentation. This includes auditing and refining our knowledge base to eliminate redundancies and improve accessibility.
