Job Description

Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive and accessible knowledge base, empowering employees with the information they need to succeed. Take full responsibility for the quality and accessibility of all internal company documentation – when an employee can't find the right information, it's on you to fix the gap. You will build and manage a knowledge system that leverages AI to proactively surface information and answer questions. Proactively analyze why employees are asking questions. If the answer isn't readily available in our existing tools (like Confluence or Kappa), you'll lead the effort to make it accessible for everyone. Evolve our employee training program into a scalable and robust onboarding experience. Partner with teams to integrate the knowledge base into the onboarding experience, replacing "trial by fire" with a streamlined process that ensures new hires can quickly find the information they need.
