The producer will support and assist the facilitator in simulation-based business training programs. Programs vary in length from 2-6 hours per day. The producer will provide technical coordination and support 30-45 minutes before and during the entire scheduled virtual session. The producer will take attendance, be able to provide logistical instructions, manage interactive tools, answer learner questions, troubleshoot issues, manage chat, advance slides, launch surveys, and support facilitators.

Provides task-specific, program and technical support to the Postal Inspection Service’s Technical Services Unit. The Body Worn Camera will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Inspection Service’s Body Worn Camera program.
