Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary contact for incoming DME referrals, providing clear information on pricing, order status, timelines, and qualification requirements.
  • Advance referrals from intake to readiness by reviewing documentation, identifying gaps, and securing required clinical or insurance information.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and financial responsibility using internal systems and payer portals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED with ability to manage multiple workflows and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred: 1+ year experience in customer service, intake, or healthcare environment.

Work Environment:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm ET with remote work flexibility.
  • Internet connection must be cable broadband or fiber optic with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
