Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing inbound and outbound communications.
- Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve inquiries.
- Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 months of customer service experience.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and comfort with Windows systems.
- Must reside in eligible states and have dedicated internet with hardwired Ethernet.
