About the Role:

  • Serve as front-line support in a high-volume, inbound Contact Center.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2-3+ years of customer service experience.

Work Environment:

  • Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (3pm - 11:30pm CST), remote US.
  • May include weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Secure, private home office with reliable high-speed internet required.

Compensation & Values:

  • Estimated pay range $20.60 - $25.75 per hour.
