About the Role:
- Serve as front-line support in a high-volume, inbound Contact Center.
- Assist patients and providers with professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2-3+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM and ability to handle sensitive information.
Work Environment:
- Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (3pm - 11:30pm CST), remote US.
- May include weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Secure, private home office with reliable high-speed internet required.
Compensation & Values:
- Estimated pay range $20.60 - $25.75 per hour.
