Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to families over the phone.
  • Accurately entering patient registration information and initial appointment scheduling.
  • Coordinating information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and treatment clinics.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ customer service or related experience and computer software experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and human relations.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to absorb new information and problem-solve.
