We’re looking for enthusiastic, self-driven, individuals to assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. This position will work with multiple clients throughout the day providing outstanding service and product knowledge.

The Customer Service team plays a crucial role in assisting customers with their Loan, Card, and Motor inquiries from application to completion. As the first point of contact, you’ll be pivotal in resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their journey. You will be responsible for reviewing customer applications and leverage skills to consistently meet quality standards.

Your days will be filled with phone calls from our members providers and other stakeholders. The CXA will provide accurate, prompt, courteous, and professional responses to member, provider or other stakeholder inquiries over the phone and make an impact by serving on the front lines to support our members.

You will play an integral role in the provision of care and services to our members as a critical first line of contact, setting the tone for how our services are experienced and accessed. The role focuses on connecting members to the appropriate care teams, scheduling services, answering questions and troubleshooting the telehealth experience, and interacting with community partners, pharmacies, and labs.
