As a Customer Support Representative, you will collaborate with core team members and department heads to navigate customers' needs and deliver optimal results. The role involves inbound & outbound calls, scheduling transportation, and routing calls to internal teams.

Act as the primary contact for direct customer service inquiries, handle inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, email, and ZenDesk. Resolve customer issues effectively, assist customers in making policy changes, process policy cancellations & rewrites, and quote and process policy renewals.
