This role involves registering patients, verifying eligibility, creating cost estimates, counseling patients, answering calls, and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Maintains proficiency in clerical operations to govern accuracy in registration, scheduling, and check out prescribed workflows, acting as mentor and trainer for front line clerical teams.
