Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings and high-risk assessments.
  • Provide welcome calls and assist with benefits, insurance information, and surveys.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; strong computer experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and demonstrate caring and compassion.
