Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings and high-risk assessments.
- Provide welcome calls and assist with benefits, insurance information, and surveys.
- Thrive in a remote environment by maintaining a safe, organized, and secure workspace.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; strong computer experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and demonstrate caring and compassion.
Compensation & Benefits:
